The aim of this research was to know the potency and probability of Ricinus communis L. cultivationin southeast sulawesi province based on the agroclimatic conditions. It useful to direction of R. communis L.expansion on southeast sulawesi area. The methods of research were used library study and over-lappingmethode, to began with values the stock of land potency and the suitable of climatic probability, thereafter ofmatching to climatic character and climatic conditions for R. communis L. to grow. The research resultsshowed that : (1) The greater part area in Southeast Sulawesi Province to possess of annual rainfull is class ≤1000 mm year-1; (2) The suitable area for R .communius L. in a less rainfall (300 – 1000 mm year-1), lesshumidity, and fully sunshine; (3) The land potention on Southeast Sulawesi Province for cultivation of R.communis L viz. ± 256.733 Ha; (4) The Southeast Sulawesi Province has potency and probability are greaterfor cultivation of R. communis L.
