The objective of this research was to examine the optimum concentration of AndroMed® as phyto lecithin-based extender for preservation of liquid semen of Garut ram. Semen was collected once a week from four ram using artificial vagina. The experiment was conducted using complete random design and four treatments with six replications. Special interest was focused on comparing the effect of different concentrations of AndroMed® and tris-egg yolk extender on semen preservation. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance and LSD was applied to compare the statistical differences between treatments. Semen evaluation included percentages of motility, live sperms and intact sperm plasma membranes were evaluated after dilution and storage for 0, 12, 24, 36, 28, 60, 72 and 84 hours.
