This research was aimed to study abdominal fat and blood cholesterol of the broiler offered ration containing readily available carbohydrates (RAC). The experiment was arranged according to completely randomized design consisted of 4- iso calorie diets containing different kinds of RAC sources, namely control ration, and ration containing either 9% tapioca meal, 9% gaplek meal, or 9% sago meal.
