Researchers and practitioners attention to theexistence of Glomus fasciculatum especially totheir population existence in soil and thecorrelation to environment factors is still less. This happened because the farmer has not beenaccustomed yet to use VAM fungi in theiragricultural practice. This research was used anexperimental method. Soil nutriens content, cropnutriens content, crop yield and the amount ofG. fasciculatum spore processed by variantanalysis of randomized block design. Test ofdifferent averages value among treatments useDuncan test of 5% error level. Analysis result ofenvironment factors influencing G. fasciculatumpopulation growth indicated that some factorssignificantly influence spore population growthwere rainfall, soil temperature, and content of N,P, K. Among all factor, soil temperature, rainfall, and N content have the mostly significant effect toG. fasciculatum spore population growth.
