Research aimed to know the best antagonisteither alone or combination on suppress thegladiolus wilt disease by in vitro and in plantamethods. Factors tested in vitro test werePseudomonas fluorescens P60, Trichodermaharzianum both from ginger and ginseng, andGliocladium sp. For in planta test, factors testedwere control, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. gladioli,P. fluorescens P60, T. harzianum from ginger, andGliocladium sp. Variables observed were inhibitionlevel, pathogenic mycelial dry weight, incubationperiod, disease intensity, late population ofpathogen and anta-gonist, numbers and length ofleaves, and supporting variables. Research resultsshowed that T. harzianum from ginger was thebest antagonist on in vitro treatment. Thisantagonist could also decrease the disease inplanta up to 56.83%, and the antagonistcombination could suppress the disease up to53.98%. All of the antagonist population tended todecrease in the end of observation. However, thegiven treatment could not be able to increasegrowth of gladiolus yet.
