The research was aimed to know the best levelof N and K fertilizers for Elephant Food Yamgrowth and yield. Experiment was done atFaculty of Agriculture UPN ";Veteran"; Yogyakarta,Condongcatur at 115 m above sea level,from October 2004 to April 2005. Theexperiment was done in two factors with threereplications using the Completely RandomizedBlock Design. There were four doses of N (0,2.25, 4.5, and 6.75) g N per plant, and four dosesof K (0, 3, 6, and 9) g K2O per plant. The resultsshowed that there were the interaction effect ofN and K application on tuber yield (diameter,thickness, and tuber weight), and there was nointeraction N and K fertilizer doses on plantgrowth parameters. At dosage N 4.5 g and K 6g per plant showed the highest tuber yield. Bothtreatments N and K were significantly increasedroot length, fresh weight, and plant dry weight.
