Citrus Vein Phloem Degeneration (CVPD) is oneof many important diseases of citrus, caused byLiberobacter asiaticum bacterium. In Indonesia,this disease known since 1940. They can bespreaded by insect vector Diaphorina citri and bygrafting method using infected budwood CVPD.Citrus has infected by CVPD showed leafchlorosis symptom and accumulation of specificprotein which molecular weight 16 kDa (PS16)that do not found on an another health. Theresearch goal was to know the initial timing ofaccumulation PS16 on the citrus plant infectedCVPD diseases. The result showed that the initialtiming of accumulation PS16 in the citrus infectedCVPD was 14 week after grafting.
