Description The cytotoxicity of 11 synthesized ketone Schiff bases and 16 heterocyclic compounds was evaluated by the brine shrimp lethality bioassay. It was observed that all the synthesized compounds showed significant cytotoxic activity with LC50 of 1.05-2.45 µg/ml against brine shrimp nauplii.
